The 2025 Amazon Accelerate Conference was packed with big announcements and exciting new tools for sellers. If you weren’t able to attend this year’s event, here’s a quick rundown of what’s headed your way as you partner with Amazon this year:

Each breakout session at Accelerate unveiled innovation for Amazon sellers around three themes:

Amazon is doubling down on AI automation, smarter analytics, and streamlined fulfillment to help sellers operate more efficiently and scale faster. The focus is on tools that act, insights that inform, and systems that simplify.

Smarter Tools for Amazon Sellers

Amazon is making selling on its platform easier for sellers by incorporating AI and automation from creation to compliance. Some of the new tools include:

AI Seller Assistant (Project Amelia) 

Project Amelia can now flag issues, suggest listing updates, optimize inventory, and propose promotions automatically.

Account Health Integration

Account Health Integration detects non-compliant language in listings before suppressions occur.

Enhance My Listing

Enhance My Listing offers trend-driven content suggestions, though brand review remains important.

Creative Studio

Creative Studio produces unlimited ad-ready images and videos in line with brand tone, helping improve conversion rates and shorten testing cycles.

A+ Content 2.0

A+ Content 2.0 introduces interactive tags, video blocks, price badges, and shoppable media to drive higher conversion.

New Amazon Data & Analytics Tools

Amazon announced new data and analytics tools for sellers this year, as well as improvements on existing tools:

    • Custom Dashboards offer over 100 real-time metrics across sales, ads, and inventory fully customizable within Seller Central.
    • Profit Analytics and Scenario Planning consolidate margin data and simulate pricing or promo changes before launch.
    • Returns Tools include partial refunds, replacement parts, and live product support to help lower return rates.
    • Customer Journey Analytics now provides full-funnel insights down to the ASIN level.

Improved Fulfillment and Global Supply Chain

Some of the biggest announcements at this year’s conference were improvements in Amazon’s fulfillment and supply chain services. To make supply chain more efficient from end to end, Amazon unveiled:

    • AI Customs Automation – AI will automate most documentation, cutting processing time significantly.
    • Amazon Multichannel – MCF will now fulfill orders from Walmart, Shopify, TikTok, Temu, and Shein with Prime-speed delivery, boosting revenue per customer.
    • The End of “Commingling” – inventory will remain brand-specific moving forward.
    • Global Warehousing and Consolidation – being located near manufacturing sites, sellers can cut storage costs by up to 40% and shorten lead times.
    • FBM Enhancements – sellers will see improved delivery speeds and tracking, with drop-off points expanding nationally.
    • Amazon Managed Services – these managed services for sellers will handle logistics end-to-end, reducing stockouts and increasing one-day delivery rates.
    • AWD Expansion – this expansion will add capacity, reduces pallet costs, and expands category support.

Product Launches and Support Tools

For those sellers new to working with Amazon, tools and services are being rolled out to make the launch process easier:

    • Connect with a Specialist – assigns dedicated reps for faster case resolution.
    • Vine Program – adds expert reviewers for deeper product feedback.
    • FBA Regional Allocation – enables regional launches with lower inventory risk.
    • Opportunity Explorer – surfaces unmet demand, price gaps, and emerging trends.
    • Automated Reimbursements – proactively credits sellers for lost or misplaced inventory.
